Very Low Calorie Program
This weight management program begins with an intensive, very low calorie 3-month diet that includes meal replacement, followed by a transition to a personalized diet for sustainable health. In addition to the structure, accountability, medical nutrition therapy, and behavioral recommendations provided, the addition of weight control medication is considered, if needed.

Have a BMI of 30 or more; Covered by BCBSM*, Blue Care Network, HAP or Priority Health
Group-based Nutrition Education Classes
Over 20 single-session, Zoom-delivered nutrition classes. Class topics include Reducing Added Sugars, Mediterranean Diet, Mindless Eating, Healthy Habits, and Figuring Out Fats.

Cost
A nutrition visit with a registered dietitian is a covered service for over 90% of patients with insurance. Co-pays may be charged. Those without insurance may not have to pay out-of-pocket.

Individualized Nutrition Counseling
One-on-one consultations with a registered dietician to provide condition-specific advice. Most visits are available remotely, by video or phone.
